Announcing Our Newest Partnership

The Athena Group and Avantpage Translations have partnered to deliver government agencies a suite of services that spans from equitable organizational health to language access. As separate niche service organizations, we offer deeply knowledgeable practices in each of our areas of expertise in the equitable framework.

We believe in building a foundation for resilient and inclusive communities where everyone, no matter background or language preference, has an equal opportunity to access the resources that enable us all to thrive and be the best version of ourselves.

What We Do:

Separately, we hold master contracts with Washington Department of Enterprise Services, meaning that as established partners with business associate agreements, we can reach our same client base together to find innovative approaches to equity-driven services. This allows us to work with any agency in Washington state from a deeply systemic perspective with highly tangible solutions to inclusive engagement practices.
